Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Wisconsin to open/close the store, manage cash, greet customers, and drive sales. The role emphasizes strong leadership, reliable attendance, and a customer-focused approach to merchandising and promotions.

The position requires at least one year of retail experience, comfort with POS systems, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Weekend and evening availability are required, with up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Receive and place new shipments and maintain merchandising standards.
• Open and close the store, prepare cash bank and nightly deposits.
• Complete opening/closing checklists for each shift.
