Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales and daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth operations.
