Job summary

Everything But Water at The Village on Venetian Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and drive our customer-first service. You will help manage shifts and supervise Associates while upholding brand standards from cleanliness to visual presentation.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales, 1 year of supervisory experience, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
