Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking an Account Manager for Large Store in Junction City, KS. You will manage Wal-Mart accounts, place and transmit orders, and rotate products by date while supporting merchandising and on-site stock.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license. It involves field travel and a 6am–4pm schedule, with potential holiday work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience required.
• Customer service experience in retail or sales targets context preferred.
• Basic computer application and technology skills required.
• Valid Driver's License, insurance, and clean driving record within policy guidelines.
• Personal vehicle used with reimbursement; proof of insurance for business use required.
• Flexible schedule; some holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Orders product at accounts on an assigned sales route and transmits orders using technology.
• Sell big event marketing, pillar programming, innovation, and mandated features to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build, change, and remove product displays and POS; ensure proper pricing; manage stock and damaged products.
• Communicate account activities with customers; collaborate with merchandisers and drivers.
• Stock and merchandise products in the beverage section; maintain displays and signage.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the account through proactive action and communication.
