You will partner with leadership to ensure operational readiness, risk mitigation, and process discipline while guiding a 2–4 person operations team in a fast-paced jewelry retail environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee store operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, audits, warranties, repairs, front office and admin.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day order, repair and fulfillment workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead BOPIS/BOSS online fulfillment, including validation and notifications.
• Manage repair workflows end‑to‑end from intake to completion.
• Plan inventories, audits and cycle counts, reconciling variances.
• Provide leadership coverage and develop store operations team.
