Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or 3+ years of hardware deployment experience.
• Proficiency with AirWatch MDM, JIRA, Cisco Meraki, AD, Windows Server and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of networking devices (APs, routers, switches) and endpoint management.
• Experience with logistics, inventory and hardware shipment/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT hardware deployments across stores with smooth setup and installation.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation of IT assets.
• Monitor ticket queues and provide incident management for IT hardware issues.
• Collaborate with Networking, IT Security, Ops, Help Desk and POS teams for integrated retail IT support.
• Support new store openings and IT deployment projects, ensuring all requirements are met.
