Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Monroe, MI seeks a Retail Business Analyst to identify and document business needs and align IT solutions across units. You will drive standardized processes and support end-to-end systems, bridging business and technology for improved operations.

Responsibilities include SDLC project delivery, requirements analysis, testing, training, production support, and stakeholder communication. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and project management experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills plus teamwork.

Responsibilities

Liaise between business units and IT, documenting requirements and workflows.
Lead SDLC-driven projects including design, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
Develop functional designs and review with stakeholders for approvals.
Perform system testing, track issues, and coordinate UAT.
Provide production support and manage changes to business specs.
Mentor less experienced analysts and report project status to PM.
