Job summary

PlusAI, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Retail Investor Relations & Engagement to craft compelling narratives across video, podcasts, blogs, and feeds.

You will translate technical and financial concepts into engaging stories for retail investors and shape investor events with close collaboration to the CFO and finance teams. You will build dashboards to track engagement and sentiment, provide regular market-readouts, and align communications with SEC rules.

Qualifications

Built an audience or body of work with measurable results.
Strong investor relations experience in technology or finance roles.
Outstanding writing and storytelling; simplify complex concepts.
Native feel for X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other retail investor hubs.
Creative, bold communicator, willing to take calculated risks.
Credibility with both retail and institutional investors.
Experience producing quality video, audio, or multimedia content.
Analytical and data-driven in publishing and optimization.

Responsibilities

Create content that earns attention across formats (video, podcasts, blogs, graphics).
Turn dense technology, business models, and financials into stories retail investors want to watch and share.
Shape investor days and shareholder events for retail audiences as well as Wall Street.
Repurpose presentations, webcasts, and interviews for feed-ready content.
Build analytics and dashboards to track engagement and sentiment.
Provide CFO with regular, honest read on retail perception, risks, and opportunities.
Develop analytics on the full shareholder universe for cross-team use.
Collaborate on strategic finance and communications projects beyond the posting.
