We are seeking a seasoned professional to own and scale our retail investor relations, with a strong focus on storytelling, multimedia content, and real-time audience engagement.

You will craft the narrative for retail investors, manage channels like X and LinkedIn, and build metrics dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building an audience or community with measurable results.
• Strong investor relations experience in tech or finance roles.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling translating complex concepts for broad audiences.
• Native feel for X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and real-time sentiment.
• Creative, bold communicator open to breaking from traditional IR approaches.
• Presence and credibility with retail and institutional investors.
• Experience producing video, audio, or multimedia content or ability to get it done.
• Analytical mindset; measure and improve what you publish.

Responsibilities

• Own PlusAI's retail investor relations strategy and define how the function operates.
• Build engagement with a large investor base across real-time channels.
• Create content for launches, partnerships, and milestones to reach retail audiences.
• Produce video/podcasts/blogs/graphics that people stop to watch and share.
• Shape investor days and shareholder events for broad retail impact.
• Develop dashboards turning engagement data into actionable insights for leadership.
