Levi Strauss & Co. in Washington, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and uphold the brand's heritage. You will implement strong retail strategies and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will use The 3C's—Connect, Consult & Close—to exceed goals, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with stock and loss-prevention teams for asset protection. This role requires leadership, product knowledge, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Levi's history and heritage.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every store customer using The 3C's: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Follow cash handling guidelines and security procedures.
• Assist with replenishment and tagging of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Assist in pricing and maintaining store appearance per visual standards.
• Support RFID inventory processes for accurate stock levels.
