Job summary

A community service organization in Buena Park seeks a Retail Team Member to ensure customer and donor needs are met through excellent service. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and processing transactions accurately. Candidates must have a high school diploma, effective communication skills, and pass a background check. Qualifications

• Must be able to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all customers and donors' needs are met with genuine greetings and courteous assistance.
• Stocking priced items ready to be merchandised on the sales floor.
• Assisting in the maintenance of the store and donation area, keeping it clean and organized.
• Following all POS/Cash Register Policies in accordance with TSA Policies and Procedures.
• Providing quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
