Job summary

An established charitable organization is seeking a Sales Associate / Material Handler in Anaheim (Katella). The role emphasizes excellent customer service, stock management, and compliance with safety standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma, effective communication skills, and be able to handle cash transactions. Flexible schedules are required as the store operates 7 days a week. Qualifications

• Must be able to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
• Must pass a background check, which will include criminal history and sex offender registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all customers and donors needs are met by a genuine greeting.
• Stocking priced items ready to be merchandised on the sales floor.
• Maintaining safety and compliance standards.
• Receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory items accurately.
• Courteously assisting the donor in the removal of all donated items from the donor’s vehicle.
