Job summary

Back of House Specialist at 2020 Companies in Elmhurst, NY, overseeing inventory control, merchandising, and back-room operations. You will ensure accurate stock levels, drive KPIs for sales and service, and support the front counter with device troubleshooting as needed.

You will maintain presentation standards, report regularly on inventory performance to leadership, and train staff on Samsung technology and processes.

Qualifications

• Inventory control experience (2–4 years) with leadership or specialist level.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong stockroom and inventory management knowledge.
• Excellent communication with store leadership.
• Flexible to work retail hours including evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the inventory control guru overseeing back-of-house operations, inventory management, merchandising, and floor resets.
• Drive operational KPIs for sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Assist with customer issues and basic device troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure presentation standards and clean audits for flawless visuals.
• Track and communicate inventory and operational activities to Retail Operations.
• Support training to keep Samsung technology knowledge current.
• Foster a high-energy, professional team environment.
• Ensure devices on display are fully functional.
