Qualifications

• Inventory control experience (2-4 years) with proven track record.
• Strong Excel data analysis, reporting, and action planning skills.
• Stockroom and inventory loss prevention experience; maintain safety and organization standards.
• Clear communication and ability to share insights with store leadership.
• Flexible and adaptable with attention to detail in fast-changing back-of-house needs.
• Commitment to integrity due to management of high-value inventory.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration in a retail setting.
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the inventory control guru overseeing back‑of‑house operations: inventory, merchandising, floor resets.
• Drive operational KPIs for sales, service, and standards.
• Assist customers with basic device troubleshooting and service ticket facilitation.
• Enhance customer experience by aiding their store journey.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report performance updates to leadership.
• Maintain presentation standards with clean audits and displays.
• Maintain high-energy, professional attitude and positive team dynamics.
• Track and communicate inventory and operations to Retail Operations.
• Keep knowledge of promotions, trends, and display inventory.
• Participate in training to stay current on Samsung technology.
• Conduct basic device troubleshooting to ensure displays are functional.
