Qualifications

• 2–4 years in inventory control at a lead or specialist level.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and action planning.
• Strong stockroom practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house inventory management, including stock accuracy and floor resets.
• Drive operational KPIs for sales, service, and efficiency.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and service ticket facilitation as needed.
• Maintain presentation standards and conduct regular audits for visuals.
• Communicate inventory and operational updates to Retail Operations.
