You’ll analyze data with Excel to drive KPIs, handle back‑of‑house duties, and assist customers with basic troubleshooting. This role requires evenings, weekends, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control at a leader or specialist level.
• Strong proficiency in Excel to analyze data, create reports, and drive efficiency.
• Stockroom expertise to prevent loss and keep organization and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills to share results with store leadership.
• Flexible and detail‑oriented with the ability to pivot to changing needs.
• Commitment to integrity due to high‑value inventory.
• Proven teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the inventory control guru overseeing back‑of‑house operations, inventory management, merchandising and floor resets.
• Drive KPIs for sales, service and operational excellence.
• Assist customers with basic device troubleshooting and service ticket facilitation.
• Enhance customer experience by guiding them through their store journey.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report variances to leadership.
• Maintain presentation standards and clean audits for displays.
• Maintain a high‑energy, professional attitude and collaborate with the team.
• Communicate inventory and operations activities to Retail Operations.
• Stay informed about promotions, trends and merchandise features.
• Help train others to stay current on Samsung technology.
• Conduct basic device testing to ensure display devices are functional.
