KnitWell Group — The Shops at La Cantera WHBM store in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory and assist on the sales floor. You will coordinate shipments, move products from stockroom, and ensure items are correctly stocked and priced while upholding brand standards and delivering hospitality.

The role emphasizes proactive teamwork, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Regular/Part time schedule with opportunities for growth within our brands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new processes.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticketing for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neat and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives—floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
