Job summary

Aramark Yosemite is hiring a Retail Inventory Manager to oversee product inventory, purchasing, receiving, and warehouse operations at iconic park properties in California. You will lead a warehouse team, manage stock levels, coordinate with vendors, and drive safety and efficiency in distribution across multiple locations.

The role requires at least one year of warehouse experience, leadership of direct reports, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Direct inbound and outbound inventories of merchandise, equipment, and supplies to maximize storage efficiency.
Track and manage stock levels; reconcile inventories and weeks-on-hand.
Communicate inventory issues with managers and frontline staff; propose solutions.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and equipment readiness.
Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, rotating, and pulling products; enforce safety policies.
Participate in hiring decisions and lead recruitment efforts for warehouse staff.
Train, coach, and manage performance of all team members.
Monitor daily workflow and allocate inventory for scheduled routes.
Supervise completion of daily warehouse operations and tasks.
