Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the Market Center’s inventory, purchasing, receiving, and distribution. You will lead a warehouse team, drive key metrics, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Location is in California with a focus on timely service for internal and external clients. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and development of staff while meeting financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience with managing direct reports including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Directs in-bound and out-bound inventories of merchandise, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient storage and utilization of products.
• Tracks, reconciles, and orders product inventories to manage out-of-stock and weeks-on-hand to fulfill client needs.
• Communicates with managers and frontline personnel regarding voids, delays or product changes that may affect client deliveries.
• Communicates with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products and equipment.
• Manages warehouse workforce that receives, stocks, rotates, and pulls product with safe practices.
• Participates in the hiring process for warehouse team and trains/coaches team members.
