Job summary

White-House-Black-Marke is seeking a Support Associate for the San Antonio store to manage inventory and assist on the sales floor. You’ll handle shipments, move products from the stockroom, and ensure accurate placement of merchandise while upholding brand standards and a positive team culture.

The role emphasizes proactive inventory control, attention to detail, and a customer-centered experience that reflects our hospitality values. The position is part-time with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for the brand and empowering confidence.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute restocking and price changes accurately.
• Support visual directives: updating floor sets and signage.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality culture.
