Boot Barn in Burlington, North Carolina, is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) to manage inbound and outbound inventory, ensure floor stock readiness, and support efficient replenishment processes. You will maintain accuracy in documentation and system updates while keeping the stockroom organized and compliant with company standards.

The role emphasizes customer-focused operations, teamwork, and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Ensure timely input for freight information through appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per Company policies.
• Educate and coach sales team on processes that affect customer experience in inventory control.
• Maintain productivity through attainment of units per hour (UPH) targets.
• Keep stock room neat and compliant with guidelines.
• Adhere to local, federal, and state laws and Company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork.
