Boot Barn is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) to manage and optimize store inventory. You will oversee inbound/outbound activity to keep the sales floor stocked and ensure accurate merchandise movement, tagging, and data entry in systems.

Responsibilities include coaching the sales team, maintaining stockroom organization, and adhering to policies and legal guidelines. This role supports store goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Aufgaben

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed customer expectations and build relationships.
• Process all incoming/outgoing inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and complies with ticketing/signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to selling floor.
• Input freight information timely through appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or mark downs per policies.
• Educate and coach sales team on processes affecting customer experience.
