Retail Services WIS Corporation is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor for the Baton Rouge area, primarily mornings, part-time. You will lead Inventory Associates, ensure accurate counts, and support District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.

Starting wage is $15.25–$18.00 per hour, with paid training, benefits, and travel opportunities. This role emphasizes reliability, Coachable attitude, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inventory or related role.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory concerns and support District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations and lead by example with core values.
