Job summary

WIS International is seeking an External Job Description for an Inventory Associate Driver (Part-Time). You will transport staff to events, count inventory with handheld scanners, and travel between locations while maintaining high accuracy and productivity.

Training is provided, with earnings potential tied to performance. Starting wage is $18.00-$20.00 with opportunities for increases; a valid state-issued driver’s license is required, along with reliable transportation and flexible

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to qualify as a van driver and 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• A minimum of practical driving experience (3+ years) is preferred.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment checks including consumer report and MVR.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours including early mornings or late nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to inventory events and travel between locations.
• Count and record inventory using handheld scanners with high accuracy.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy to maximize earnings under pay program.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet set productivity goals.
• Travel to multiple retail locations as required.

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
