Job summary

WIS International in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. You will safely transport employees to inventory events, count and record retail stock with handheld scanners, and travel to multiple retail locations.

Starting wage is $16.00–$18.00 per hour with performance-based increases and a $200 referral bonus. Training is provided, benefits include health and 401(k), and you can expect flexible scheduling with early mornings or late shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
