Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver in Worcester, MA, with a starting wage of $18.00 to $23.00 per hour. No inventory experience is required as training is provided.

The role involves transporting staff to inventory events, counting inventory with scanners, and meeting productivity goals for earnings via a performance-based pay system. Flexible schedules, paid training, and potential earnings increases up to $5/hour based on productivity are offered,

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
