Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to support inventory counts at retail locations. You will travel between sites, transport team members, and use handheld scanners to count and record inventory with precision.

The role offers a starting wage of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to earn more through performance-based increases and referrals. No prior inventory experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license for 36 consecutive months.
• 21+ to drive a van; 18+ to drive personal vehicle.
• Minimum of three (3) years driving experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple retail locations with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
• Reliable transportation

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
