WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver. You will safely transport teammates between inventory events and count items at Retail locations using handheld scanners. High accuracy and productivity are rewarded through a performance-based pay program.

No inventory experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and flexible schedules. This role offers chances for travel and potential advancement, with benefits including medical plans and a 401(k).

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
