Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Travel Associate - Inventory - Driver. You will count retail inventory using handheld scanners and transport team members to locations across the region. A valid driver's license is required for at least 36 months, and you will travel with the team weekly.

No prior inventory experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided; a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this active role.

What You'll Do

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.


• Will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region.

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner


• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners


• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods


• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching


• Climbing ladders when needed


• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds


• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs


• Reliable transportation

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months


• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience


• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards


• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations


• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
