Job summary

WIS International, Fall River, MA, is seeking an Inventory Associate Driver (Part-Time) to safely transport staff to inventory events, count and record retail inventory with handheld scanners, and meet productivity goals.

No inventory experience is required as training is provided; starting wage is $17.50–$22.50 per hour, with potential overtime and performance-based increases, and occasional travel in a dynamic, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver (18+ to drive personal vehicle).
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence for 36+ consecutive months.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and attendance are essential.
• Comfort with handheld technology and GPS navigation.

*The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for the employees who currently hold a comparable position

What You'll Do

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner


• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners


• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods


• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching


• Climbing ladders when needed


• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds


• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

What We're Looking For

What Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months


• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience


• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards


• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations


• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights
