Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design products.

Responsibilities

• Travel for architectural site surveys as needed.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail-focused detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants to complete construction documents for landlord and authority approvals.
• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating construction documents for approval.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls and review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Attend weekly OAC calls during construction and visit sites for punch-list completion.
