Job summary

Franklin Executive Solutions, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architect Designer / Project Professional for Retail Interiors / Branded Environments in New York, NY. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 remote day.

You will lead drawing production across SD, DD, and CD phases, coordinate with external consultants and project managers, and support construction-phase activities for retail interiors projects.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably in retail interiors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent, creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, and CD with retail-focused detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure complete and coordinated construction documents.
• Assist the Project Manager with document coordination for approvals.
• Attend weekly OAC calls, review shop drawings and RFIs, and respond to general contractor inquiries.
• Travel to construction sites for surveys and potential punch-list activities.
