Acosta, Inc. in NY Westbury is seeking a Retail Installation Team Lead to direct store installations, merchandising projects, and display builds on-site. This role combines hands-on execution with leadership to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

You will guide field teams, coordinate with store leadership and clients, and report progress while traveling as needed. A background in retail fixture work and electronics knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction.
• Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.
• Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting.
• Reliable smartphone with data access and access to a laptop or PC.
• Able to provide and maintain required tools and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
