Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Retail Installation Team Lead to manage field projects, lead installation teams, and oversee merchandising and display builds across CA stores. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while coordinating with store leadership and clients.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of fixtures and displays, and the ability to interpret planograms. Expect weekly store visits, occasional evening/weekend travel, and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• > Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• • Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or display assembly.
• • Professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.
• • Ability to read planograms and installation guides.
• • Experience with hand and power tools.
• • Knowledge of consumer electronics including TVs, soundbars, and interactive displays.
• • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management.
• • Basic computer skills and ability to complete project reporting.
