Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Retail Associate to support our West Fargo store, from receiving merchandise to delivering top-notch customer service and donor interaction in a mission-driven environment.

Requires availability Monday–Sunday 9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., including every other weekend, basic math, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation. Training covers safety, pricing, tagging, inventory, and keeping the store clean and secure.

Qualifications

• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.

• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
