Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Retail Associate to support daily store operations, from receiving merchandise to serving customers and donors, in alignment with ESGWND's mission.

Join a team in Jamestown with weekend rotation and shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The position pays $15.00 per hour.

You will operate cash registers, assist with pricing and inventory, maintain a clean store, and provide friendly, professional service while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions.
• Capacity to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of First Aid and Safety protocols.
• Access to reliable transportation for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consistently report for scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
