Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers in Darien and surrounding areas. The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with both part-time and full-time opportunities and weekly direct deposit payments.

You will act as a Brand-Ambassador, explaining options and upgrades to customers, scheduling in-home consultations, and coordinating with service technicians.

Qualifications

Outgoing personality with willingness to speak with shoppers.
Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
Able to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultation and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
