Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Customer Engagement Representatives to work inside national home improvement retailers, promoting HVAC services, system tune-ups, and consultations. Location: Fort Worth, TX. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

You will serve as an in-store Sales Representative and Lead Generator, engaging shoppers, explaining options, and scheduling in-home consultations with service technicians and comfort advisers.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to speak with customers in a retail environment as product consultant.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador for ARS services.
• Explain service options, upgrades, and improvements to customers.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service teams.
• This role is not door-to-door or canvassing.
