Job summary

Target in Fairfax, VA seeks a Human Resources Expert to provide guest-focused HR support in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist with scheduling, recruitment support, and training while upholding compliance and store policies.

You will work closely with the HR leadership to address staffing needs, engage team members, and ensure a positive guest experience during shifts and peak times.

• Support HR leaders in staffing, scheduling, and payroll practices; assist with training.
• Deliver on HR processes to maximize team engagement and minimize disruption.
• Lead basic recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire suitable candidates.
