Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment law.
• Experience using basic Office Suite and workforce management programs.
• Knowledge of industry-leading people and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
• Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
• Engage with guests in a genuine way to understand their needs
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products and services to resolve issues
• Thank the guest and acknowledge Target as their choice
• Know store sales goals and trends impacting business results
• Collaborate with HR leaders to address staffing needs for each area
• Execute recruiting efforts to hire talent with right skills
• Support store training needs for the sales force
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
• Maintain open-door communication with leaders to take action
• Deliver on HR operational and cyclical programs
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• Work safely and identify hazards; follow safety policies
