Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail HR Business Partner to support our expanding U.S. retail organization across the West Coast and select markets.

You will partner with field leadership to drive employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, compensation, engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness. The role requires 8–10 years in HR/retail management, with at least 5 years in an HRBP capacity within retail, strong knowledge of labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years HR/retail management experience.
• 5+ years in HRBP role within the retail industry.
• Knowledge of Federal and multi-state employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact of the retail population with West Coast / Canada focus and assist in all HR functions.
• Oversees and aligns internal retail operation procedures and reporting lines changes to support daily performance.
• Provide day-to-day HR coaching on policies and procedures including ensuring a positive employee relations environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and fill critical roles while retaining top talent.
• Stay up-to-date with changing labor laws and ensure compliance with Federal and State legislation.
• Serve as a thought partner and executive advisor to field retail leadership to assess organizational health.
