Position Summary:

A Retail Host/Hostess portrays friendliness, excellent customer service, and high standards while assisting customers as they shop within our venue's merchandise stores. The Retail Host/Hostess greets customers, answers questions about merchandise and store policies, and helps locate items. They are responsible for processing payments and keeping the sales floor neat and well-stocked. The goal is to provide customers with a memorable experience that accelerates our business development.

Essential Functions:

1. Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
2. Suggest items, lend opinions, and provide merchandise information.
3. Be alert and observant on the sales floor to assist guests as needed.
4. Handle complaints or refunds with professionalism and a positive attitude.
5. Manage financial transactions and process payments in the POS system.
6. Keep the sales floor neat and well-stocked.
7. Maintain organization of stock rooms and accurately track inventory.
