Tommy's Express Car Wash is seeking a Retail Guest Services Team Member in Lowell, MI. If you're great with guest service, confident with technology, and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team, you'll fit right in.

You will provide quick, friendly service, learn POS and LPR systems, help grow monthly wash packages, maintain cleanliness and property aesthetics, and uphold the WE OWN IT culture. This role may be part-time or full-time with weekend shifts and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position is may be part or full-time. On average, part-time team members will work 16-24 hours a week, while full-time team members will work 30-40 hours per week. This position requires weekend work shifts.

This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:

• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc.
• Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
