Loaf 'N Jug is seeking a high-energy Guest Service Leader to support store operations, train teammates, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: N/A
• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred Experience: 6-12 months retail or guest service

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcomed and valued.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stocked coffee/food areas.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are in-stock and organized.
• Support Store Manager with daily reports, ordering and banking as needed.
• Lead by example, coach teammates, and uphold company values.
