Qualifications

• 1 year retail or food experience; must complete Assistant Manager Training program.
• 1-2 years in retail, guest service, or restaurant in a leadership role is preferred.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage store team's Guest Service behaviors and provide coaching.
• Support the Store Manager in building and developing a strong team.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist with the cleanliness of the store and maintain product levels.
• Monitor quality control and assist with merchandising.
