Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Sales Growth Manager to represent 90+ clients across headquarters sales, promotional planning, and trade show representation within an assigned geography. This role requires strong organizational and client service skills to ensure effective execution of sales programs and clear communication of retailer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4–6 years of experience in sales/retail or related field.
Experience selling into retailers or with retailer buying knowledge.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple retailers and clients.

Responsibilities

Explain cost of entry, logistics, and basic requirements for doing business with retailers.
Manage client and customer expectations for smooth execution.
Execute promotional planning, new item submissions, and account-level sales plans.
Provide ROI recommendations to maximize trade spend for accounts.
Advise clients on product positioning, pricing, and promotions within accounts.
Build strong relationships with retailers and clients.
Use task management tools to stay organized and communicate effectively.
Represent client brands at local trade events and retailer pitches to drive distribution gains.
