Job summary

Seaside Casual is seeking a Retail Business Development Manager to drive growth with new and existing customers in the Sussex, WI area. You will engage clients through research, calls, Zoom, emails, and in-person meetings, traveling as needed to conferences and client sites.

You’ll establish rapport, propose solutions, and collaborate with the Sales team to meet monthly targets. A valid license, vehicle, and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle with insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong listening skills.
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual sales goals and establishes rapport with new customers.
• Engages customers via calls, meetings, emails, and presentations to drive growth.
• Develops plans to support growth objectives and identifies customer needs.
• Records activity in Salesforce and reports to the Director of Sales at the start of each month.
• Travels to customer locations and conferences up to 60% to demonstrate products.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Sales and supports team with quotes and orders.
