Flea Style is seeking a Retail Sales Lead (keyholder) for our Dallas Farmers Market store. You will oversee daily retail operations, coach the sales team, and ensure a memorable customer experience.

This role requires an energetic self-starter with a passion for small business and fashion, capable of opening/closing the store, managing inventory and coordinating events. Join us to help build a vibrant, customer-focused shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Represent Flea Style inside and outside the store.
• Overseeing daily retail operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies for sales and team.
• Manage timely and accurate shipping + BOPIS orders for online closet.
• Delegate responsibilities to sales staff.
• Coaching and developing sales floor procedures and policies.
• Personal ongoing self-development and personal growth as an employee.
• Open and/or close the store.
• Knowledge and excitement for our small business.
• Create a fun and smooth customer experience.
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed team’s sales goals.
• Process inventory.
• Point of sale whiz.
• Style hats for customers in our Hat Bar, creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
• Loss prevention assistance
• Special events assistance
• Periodic after-hours event assistance
