Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Austin, TX is seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to achieve monthly sales goals, acquire new accounts, and maintain distribution.

You will execute promotions at retail, communicate pricing, coordinate displays and POS materials, conduct regular store visits, monitor inventory and rotation to ensure freshness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 21+ with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years related experience or HS Diploma with 4–5+ years related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to drive.
• Reliable automobile, valid license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 175 lbs for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within timeframes meeting monthly objectives and expand distribution.
• Execute retail plans and promotions; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Maintain quality control and accurate product codes; conduct regular store visits.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock issues; monitor placement and rotation for freshness.
