Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a Retail Group Supervisor to lead multiple retail locations, ensuring high service standards and sales goals. You will assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory, while modeling professionalism and accountability across all stores.

The role is full-time year-round with a competitive hourly range and benefits. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail and cash-handling experience.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and POS/retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations.
• Lead, coach, and provide feedback to front-line staff.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and assist payroll.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and store security.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and vendor relations.
• Maintain safety and collaborate across departments.
• Support visual merchandising and communicate updates.
